Banana Bread

Emrie helped me make home made banana bread last night. She was very helpful.She felt very important stirring out 'soup' and she was sure to lick the spoon every now and then! These days she wants to help in any way she can. Whether it is cooking with mommy, helping mommy with laundry, or emptying the dishwasher, she is sure to let us know that she wants to help. We did have fun making banana bread, and it is delicious!

Our family's first professional pictures and Emrie is almost 2! I don't know what took me so long, but they turned out great! Just in time for Christmas cards.I will post more when I have some time.

a day at rafiki's play center

Recently I took Emrie to Rafiki's, which is a huge indoor play center for little kids. Emrie LOVED it. We went with her little play date accomplices, Bailey and Karter. They are able to play dress up, do art projects, climb in the 2 story jungle gym, cook in the pretend kitchen and do some karaoke. They definitely wore themselves out!

My little lady bug. She loved 'trick-or-treat' this year. She was sure to say thank you after each piece of candy. So cute! She insisted that she was a 'princess lady bug'. We tried to make her be a princess, but no, it had to be a princess lady bug. She loved it.
